I found that customization is really high with the software used by Full Tilt and the graphics are really great. In addition, there are plenty of features that come standard with this software, including player notes and multi-table gaming. The gameplay is reliable and there are updates taking place all the time to keep it top-notch.
The updates are all with purpose, so they almost always work to improve the site. The software is supported on Android, PCs, Macs, and iPads so you can really play wherever you want without much restriction.
Game Selection
This is a huge positive for this site. A lot of its competitors will put an emphasis on Texas Hold’em and just a couple of other games, but not Full Tilt. This site will give you literally dozens of games to choose from which is really quite unique.

Customer Service
Sadly, this could be improved on Full Tilt. It took me far too long to even find how to contact customer service when I was navigating the site. I thought I would find a way to contact someone by going to the help and support center on the site but all that did was bring me to a page with frequently asked questions.
I did end up finding a way to send an email, but it took me far too long and I always prefer a live chat option, which just makes contacting someone easier and quicker.
