One of the first things I look for when judging customer service is a live chat option, which Betfair has. The customer service on this site overall is really top-notch but the live chat option sets it a step above from others for me.

Even if you email the customer support, you get a response pretty quickly. I found you will usually hear back within about 4 hours which is still pretty fast compared to alternative sites. There is also a contact form that you can submit at all times of day.

Good Bonuses

I always look to see if sites have good bonuses or promotions. This just entices play from some who might be on the fence. There are pretty good bonuses available on this site. For example, it is possible to get a $500 sign-up bonus as well as a whole bunch of freerolls.

Play with the Best

One of the things I love best about this site is that you can truly play against some of the best in the game. The player competition really is second to no one. Even if you are just a beginner player, you have the potential to play against the game’s overall best players. I really have not found that to be the case on any other sites.

Noteworthy Weaknesses

So, the software itself isn’t necessarily a weakness on the site. What is a weakness is the lack of customization within the software. This is a personal preference so if you don’t care for a lot of bells and whistles, you might actually prefer the straightforward, clean design of the Betfair software.

I found that adding just a bit of potential customization would do the site some good, but that is obviously a matter of my personal preference.
