WinTrillions.com: Can you Trust it?
I’m always really hesitant to trust anything that has seen incredible growth in popularity in a really short amount of time. Even though that seems to be the case with wintrillions.com, it appears justified in its hype.
This site offers 14 syndicates, 20 of the biggest lotteries, and 4 millionaire raffles. It was launched back in 2005 and has grown very quickly ever since, as documented by its operation in 118 different countries for a total of 480,000 customers. The site allows for playing lotteries internationally while staying at home.
Key Features
Simplicity
Everything about this site, and how to use it, is simple. I like that I didn’t have to search too hard to find anything or learn too many rules before I got going.
Variety
There is a huge range of lottery games available. You can play almost all of the most popular ones along with those that will give you the biggest winnings. Play games like US Powerball or Mega Millions to SuperEnaLotto and EuroJackpot. There are a ton of possibilities. I liked being able to explore different games, some of which I had never even heard of before.
Encryption
While nothing can be promised to be 100% safe, WinTrillions comes pretty close. It uses a 256-bit cipher SSL encryption to protect all financial transactions. I felt pretty confident depositing and withdrawing money into my account.
Customer Support
Overall, customer support is really good. There is someone to talk to through an online form or email. There is also a live chat option, but it has limitations.
I was also able to sign up for online lottery tips and promotions, as well as the Wintrillions.com newsletter.
Noteworthy Weaknesses
Live Chat
Usually this would be a strength but unfortunately, the live chat option on WinTrillions is only available during business hours GMT-3. This is really too bad, given that I really only game outside of business hours. I suspect other players are the same, so this is a pretty bad design flaw. It would be better if it was just 24/7.
You go into a queue for the next available customer service rep. I was able to get someone in not too much time.
